I bought this product from Marks and Spencer mainly because I liked the bottle and the fact it doesn't look like a typical moisturiser. The packaging is pretty, elegant and feels luxury but after using it numerous of times I was sadly disappointed. I followed the instructions of applying this at night with my moisturiser to achieve a firm, smooth and hydrated skin, but woke up with little difference in the texture or appearance.

I also found difficulties applying the serum as the dropper was stiff and didnt allow much serum to be extracted from the bottle. Finally the serum itself felt uncomfortable initially due to the stickiness after applying it

I'm a big fan of Marks and Spencer products but this serum was not effective. I bought this for £3.20 on sale hoping it was a lucky find considering the price.
